Biopic films have became the new genre in Bollywood after the classic performances by the actors and for getting awards. 1. Neerja

Neerja is an upcoming biopic film on Flight attendant 'Neerja Bhanot' who died to rescue passenger in Pan Am Flight 73, which got hijacked in Karachi, Pakistan. The trailer of the has been released and loving by audience and the critics. This film also stars Shabana Azmi, Shekhar Ravijiani and directed Ram Madhvani. The film is going to release on 19th February 2016.

2. Aligarh

Aligarh is going to be an upcoming biopic film in February 2016 staring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao. This film is based on the life of controversial professor Ramchandra Siras in Aligarh Muslim University. Manoj Bajpayee is playing lead role of Ramchandra Siras and Rajkumar Rao is playing the role of a journalist. Ramchandra Siras was always in controversy regarding his homo-sexuality. This film is going to release on 26th February 2016.

1. Killing Veerappan (1st January)

Killing Veerapan is an upcoming biopic on Nostalgic Sandalwood smuggler Veerappan who killed 900 elephants, 184 humans and 97 policemen. This is going to full of action and thrill packed movie with a mission called 'Killing Veerappan'. This film is releasing in new year 1st January 2016.

2. Wazir (8th January)

Wazir is going to be an full of action and suspense thriller film of year 2016, in which Amitabh Bachchan is playing a grand chess master and Farhan Akhtar is playing a ATS (Anti- Terrorist Squad). This film is going to release on 8th January 2016.

3. Ghayal once again (15th January)

This films is a sequel of Sunny Deol's all time hit film 'Ghayal', in which he is playing a cop in the film. The trailer is showing very much interest in the film which is showing lots of action by Heman Sunny Deol.

4. Airlift

The film is based on biggest evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war. This is going to be mission movie, in which Akshay Kumar is playing lead role Ranjit Katiyal a businessman.
